Sports Interaction Ontario: Access and Conditions
This guide covers the Ontario version only. If you are physically in Ontario, Sports Interaction Ontario runs on on.sportsinteraction.com. That platform is separate from the sportsinteraction.com site used in most other provinces, and separate from the Alberta product licensed in July 2026. Players must be 19+. We reviewed our sources in November 2026. They are third-party reviews plus a cited iGaming Ontario register entry, so verify anything important on agco.ca or igamingontario.ca. We are an independent site with no login form. Your Sports Interaction login happens only on the operator's own Ontario site.
What the Ontario service actually is
Sports Interaction Ontario is the brand's provincially regulated product. Third-party sources name ElectraWorks Maple Limited, part of the Entain group, as the operator. It is listed with iGaming Ontario under the oversight of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Squawka reports that the platform went live in August 2022, a few months after the province opened its regulated online market.
In practice that means a separate website and a separate help centre, which third-party listings place at help.on.sportsinteraction.com. It also means Ontario-only terms and an Ontario app build. Some review sites quote a licence number, but we have not matched it against the AGCO register ourselves, so we do not reproduce it. For the national picture, start with our Sports Interaction Canada review.
Can't sign in? Sports Interaction login and account recovery
There is no login on this site and there never will be. The Sports Interaction login for Ontario lives on on.sportsinteraction.com and inside the Ontario app. If a page asks for your password and the address bar shows any other domain, close it. When access fails, work through these steps before contacting support:
- Check the address. Ontario residents sign in on on.sportsinteraction.com, not sportsinteraction.com.
- Use the operator's own password-reset link and the email address registered to the account. Reset emails sometimes land in spam.
- Allow the location check. You may be able to sign in while betting stays blocked until your location is confirmed.
- A lock after repeated attempts, or a verification flag, can only be cleared by the operator's help centre.
- Never share a one-time code or password with anyone who contacts you by text or social media claiming to be support.
Why the site keeps asking where you are
Ontario's regulated model only covers people who are physically inside the province when they bet. Operators therefore run a geolocation check, usually through your device's location services, before they accept wagers. Living in Ontario is not enough. If you drive into Gatineau, cross into Manitoba or head south of the border, expect bets to be refused even though your account is valid.
VPNs, location-masking apps and some workplace networks can cause failed checks. Users often report that switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data fixes it. Our Sports Interaction app guide covers the permission settings on iOS and Android.
The Ontario app at a glance
A short summary for Ontario readers. The full checks, with Ontario and Alberta covered separately, are in our Sports Interaction app guide. Everything below is reported by third-party sources and has not yet been confirmed on the store pages themselves.
- Listing: reviewers name the iOS app Sports Interaction: Bet and Play, and toffeeweb.com describes a Google Play listing called Sports Interaction, filed under Entain. An Ontario build normally references iGaming Ontario in its description.
- Publisher: Entain is the reported parent company, and the Ontario listing may show ElectraWorks Maple Limited, the reported Ontario operator. The exact seller and developer names are unverified.
- Compatibility: theplayoffs.news reports Android 10 or later and iOS 14 or later for the Ontario app. Trust the compatibility section of the listing over this figure.
- Login: the Ontario app uses your on.sportsinteraction.com credentials and needs location access before it accepts bets.
- Browser alternative: on.sportsinteraction.com in a mobile browser, which one reviewer says mirrors the app. Ontario geolocation checks still apply in the browser.
- Alberta and other provinces: we have not confirmed an Alberta listing on either store, and the Ontario build is not authorized for use in Alberta. We do not assume the app is available in any other province; search the store from inside your own province and check which product the listing names.
Identity verification: what Ontario asks for, and when
Regulated Ontario operators must confirm who you are, that you are 19 or older, and that you are not self-excluded. Expect to give your legal name, date of birth and home address. You may also be asked for ID details or a document upload. Electronic checks often clear quickly. When they don't, a manual document review follows.
The name on your account must match the name on your payment methods. Mismatches are a leading cause of stalled payouts, which our deposits and withdrawals guide explains. We have not confirmed the exact document list from the operator's pages, so treat this as the general Ontario pattern.
Reading a Sports Interaction bonus in Ontario before you opt in
Review sites quote different figures for the Sports Interaction bonus. None of the figures we found could be dated or tied to the Ontario platform with confidence, so we publish no amount, code or wagering terms. Ontario's advertising standards also restrict how gambling inducements can be promoted publicly. That is why full offer details usually appear only on the operator's own site. Before opting in, check:
- Eligibility: new customers, Ontario location, 19+.
- Wagering requirements, plus any minimum-odds rule on bonus funds or free bets.
- Expiry dates for the offer and for any credited bonus.
- Excluded markets, bet types or payment methods.
- Whether an early withdrawal cancels the bonus. Terms apply and can change, and the operator's live page is the only authority.
Ontario vs Alberta vs the rest of Canada: three separate services
It is easy to assume one account covers the whole country. It does not. Markets look broadly similar on paper, and our sportsbook explainer walks through them. Licences, terms, apps and support differ by province. Whichever version applies to you, set a deposit limit first. ConnexOntario offers free, confidential help at 1-866-531-2600.
- Ontario (19+): on.sportsinteraction.com, operated by ElectraWorks Maple Limited under AGCO and iGaming Ontario oversight, with its own app build and help centre.
- Alberta (18+): licensed by the AGLC on 23 July 2026, with staff reported in Calgary. Ontario offers and apps do not apply there.
- Other provinces: sportsinteraction.com, described by reviewers as licensed through the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission. That is not a provincial authorization.
- Accounts: it is unverified whether a login or balance carries over between versions. Ask the operator before you assume it does.
FAQ
Is Sports Interaction available in Ontario?
Yes. Third-party sources and a cited iGaming Ontario register entry show a separate Ontario product at on.sportsinteraction.com, run by ElectraWorks Maple Limited. You must be 19+ and physically in Ontario. Confirm the listing on agco.ca.
Can I use a sportsinteraction.com account in Ontario?
Don't assume so. The Ontario platform is a separate regulated product. Whether an existing account or balance transfers is unverified, so ask the operator's Ontario help centre.
Why does it say I'm outside Ontario when I'm at home?
The geolocation check has failed. Turn off any VPN, allow precise location and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it still fails, contact the operator's support.
Does an Ontario bonus work in Alberta?
No. Offers are tied to the province and the platform. Alberta has its own AGLC-licensed product with its own terms.
